# Endless Ocean

For as long as anyone can remember, the world has been surrounded by water on all sides. The universe is an ocean with no beginning and no end: the **Endless Ocean**.

In this vast blue expanse, there are the **Isles**. They are islands and continents, large and small, of every shape and climate imaginable. Lacking any kind of anchor, they float unmoored, drifting according to the currents of the Endless Ocean. It is on these Isles that nature has flourished and people have built civilizations.

Upon the Endless Ocean these features are known:

* [The Thirteen Lands](/project-pathfinders/pathlore/thirteen-lands.md)
* [Titan’s Wall](/project-pathfinders/pathlore/titans-wall.md)
* [The New World](/project-pathfinders/pathlore/the-new-world.md)
